If you realize that your Debit or ATM card has been misplaced, lost or stolen please call 1-877-226-2351 so we can place a freeze on your card and verify the charges on your account.

If you realize that your Credit Card has been misplaced, lost or stolen please call TIB's Customer Service Hotline at 1-800-367-7576 so they can place a freeze on your Credit Card and verify the charges on your account. You can also view your account online at www.cardaccount.net.
